Longtime friends inspired this sculpture: A successful rancher who has reached his 94th year and is still running cattle in Choteau County. A builder, cowboy, and old-timer who has reached his 92nd year. The evidence of his labor is in every building and fence on this place. An 80-year-old rancher who started with little, asked no favors, rode the roughest stock and built a successful ranch from nothing. These men are Montana Men of the west. They served in WWII and Korea, have worked hard, been good neighbors, and contributed in the best way possible to the communities where they live. They are men we salute. Looking Back on a lifetime of great memories, surrounded by good friends.
